Biography
As the daughter of a retired Army Sergeant Major and a Thai mother, Rachel had the opportunity to travel the world at a young age. The experience of living in Germany, Japan, a multitude of states, and even a visit to find her mother’s family in Thailand, has shaped the person she is today. Her exposure to a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds has greatly influenced how she works with and leads others. Eventually, she made her way to Augusta, GA, where she earned her B.A. in communications with a focus in public relations from Augusta State University. Her degree gave her the opportunity to move to Florida in 2009 so that she could be near her parents and extended family. Since then, she has made Clay County her home.
She is married to her high school sweetheart and they share two young children together: Vincent Alexander (5) and Scarlett Moon (1).
