Biography
Renée Baker is head of Advisor Inclusion Networks at Raymond James, providing corporate leadership and strategic support for the firm’s financial advisors networks within the Private Client Group focused on increasing representation, retention and helping diverse advisors grow their businesses.
In addition to her role, Renée is a member of the Raymond James Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council and serves as a mentor in several programs. Active in the community, she is also a trustee for the American Stage Theatre Company and serves on the board of directors for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Renée earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Rutgers University, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and a doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. She also attended the Securities Industry Institute, hosted by SIFMA and Wharton, and holds several securities licenses. She and her husband, Les have three adult daughters.
