Biography
Kathryn Frost joined Leadership Florida in January 2025 as Marketing, Communications, and Data Manager and now serves as Director of Member Services. In her role, Kathryn leads Leadership Florida’s brand identity and communications strategy while supporting the organization’s statewide member network. Her work focuses on strengthening the member experience, fostering engagement, and helping members remain connected to Leadership Florida.
Before joining Leadership Florida, Kathryn spent a decade in the hospitality and tourism industries, serving in operations management, communications, and public relations roles. Her experience includes leadership positions with a local museum as well as a coffee company spanning multiple locations. Throughout her career, Kathryn has been passionate about using communication, education, and outreach to build meaningful connections and make a positive impact in the community.
A lifelong Floridian and Tallahassee native, Kathryn is a proud graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a major in Biomathematics. She is the mother of two children and three cats. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
